Karen has specialized in retail real estate in the Cincinnati market for over eight years in the leasing and selling of shopping centers, restaurants, and land acquisitions. Karen has represented clients on both the Landlord and Tenant sides. Some of her clients include Marco’s Pizza, JS Gold, El Jinete Mexican Restaurant, Cazadores Mexican Restaurant, and the Kolache Factory. Karen has closed over $50 million worth of transactions in her career and is a member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors Top Producers Club.
