Million 300,000 SF distribution facility in Ashland, KY.

Spearheaded the revitalization of Cornell Office Warehouse Park in
Blue Ash, Ohio. Cornell Park is a 186,000 SF office warehouse
facility which although less than 15 years old had fallen into
disrepair under previous ownership and management.
Revitalization included extensive renovation and an
aggressive leasing campaign, which saw occupancy rise from under 70%
to over 95% in just over 18 months.

Represented the Fritz Co., one of the largest freight forwarders in
North America in building a 75,000 SF facility at Air Park
International.

Involved in the disposition of the
former Swallens facilities.
Swallens is a local defunct
retail department store in Cincinnati, which filed bankruptcy. They
began the disposition of over 1,000,000 SF of property in 1995.
