– Industrial Sales Associate.
In this capacity he will be responsible for the sale and leasing of
industrial properties in the Cincinnati, Ohio market.
Richter Realty Company
– President and Property Manager.
Changed the company from “C” to “S” Corp., and started LLC.
Was responsible for handling retained earnings payout,
arranged for loans, bookkeeping, stock transfers, etc.
The company had very limited vacancies due to personal
involvement as manager and broker.
Worked with company’s attorneys and CPA.
Also acted as Chairman of the Board and has run everyone of
the last 20 Shareholder and Board Meetings.
Pohl Realty LLC
– Founder.
Ran the company as the Managing Member since its inception.
Responsible for the purchase of all assets and management of
each.
Hudepohl Brewing Company
– President & C.E.O.
Personally responsible for the introduction of Christian
Moerlein Beer and Pace Beer (America’s first low alcohol beer).
