Chris is responsible for leasing and selling retail/investment properties throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. In addition to marketing properties, Chris provides tenant representation and relocation services. Chris has closed over $20,000,000 worth of transactions in two and a half years.

Experience

The Everest Group, Inc. – Chris started with the Everest Group in January of 2006.  Chris is responsible for leasing retail and investment properties.

CMC Brokerage 2002-2005 – Established brokerage division for CMC. Significant deals include:

-  Sold 69,000 square foot Shoppes at Taylor Mill.

-  Sold 48,000 square foot Crystal View Plaza

-  Sold Acupoll office Building in Eastgate

-  Represented buyer of 10 acres from Duke Realty

-  Represented buyer of net leased Max & Erma’s in Illinois.

Community Management Corp. (CMC Properties) 1991-2002 - Responsible for the leasing of over 20 strip and shopping centers owned by the company in the Cincinnati market.

-  Maintained 95 % economic occupancy at The Shoppes of Taylor Mill for ten consecutive years. 

-  Developed and implemented marketing campaigns for CMC Office Centers throughout greater Cincinnati region.

-  Personally leased over 150 small office spaces.
