Chris joined the Everest Group in 2004 specializing in sales, leasing and investments in commercial space throughout Greater Cincinnati. He works closely with companies to help them find the most effective and affordable office space solutions and uses his over 25 years of sales and marketing experience to match companies’ commercial real estate needs to their business goals.
A primary focus is relocating companies to properties in areas exempt from local earnings taxes such as:
l West Chester and Liberty Townships in Butler County
l Deerfield Township in Warren County
l Sycamore, Symmes, and Anderson Townships and the Kenwood area in
Hamilton County
l Milford, Eastgate and Wards Corner areas of Clermont County
Chris also works closely with owners and landlords to get maximum returns from their real estate investments through repositioning, lease-ups and sales.
