Harold has been in Industrial Real Estate Brokerage as
his full time occupation since 1971 and has been actively involved in
the brokerage
of manufacturing, distribution, and multi-tenant
facilities representing owners, buyers, and tenants.
During his career he has participated in approximately 900
transactions ranging from small leases to sales of 300,000 sq ft
buildings, for local, national, and international companies.

Harold has sold, leased or arranged
build-to-suits of 40,000 to 80,000 SF buildings for major
companies such as Emerson Electric, 3M Company, Celanese
Corporation, Keebler, and Kraus Mauffei Company.

He also arranged the 316,000 SF build-to-suit
warehouse facility for H & O Distribution Company in Fairfield,
Ohio. Harold sold 100,000 to 200,000 SF buildings, to the Free
Store Foodbank, A.F. Schuerman Company, Logan Industries, ITC
Manufacturing, etc.

Harold, as co-listing agent completed the sale of
the 365,000 sq.ft. Durkee French spice plant in
Sharonville, Ohio for parent Reckett & Colman.

Harold has sold over 160 acres of industrial land
in Greater Cincinnati to numerous local companies and regional
developers for build-to-suit and market rental buildings.
Approximately 3,000,000 sq ft of industrial space has been built
on this land to date.
