on the marketing of shopping centers, freestanding retail properties
and retail land. John has
also acted as a tenant/buyer representative for a variety of clients
on site selection projects from initial market studies through
multiple store openings. John
has been involved in over 600 lease/sale transactions, totaling over
7,000,000 SF with a value in excess of $175 million dollars.
As the Cincinnati Board of Realtors multi year Top Retail
Producer, he is the man in Cincinnati Retail.
