management, leasing, sales, and development of office, retail, and
industrial properties, primarily in the Miami Valley for over thirty
(30) years. Some of his real estate projects include Moraine
Business Center, Victoria Secret Call Center and the Bristol Business
Center in Bristol, CT. Ron worked on the leasing of One Dayton
Centre which was 30% leased and eventually achieved 92% occupancy.

strategic direction, manage relationships with customers and public
officials, oversee employment base of approximately 100 employee's,
prepare site by site budgets and manage the performance to those
budgets.

Commercial Realty, Dayton, OH - Broker/Owner in varied but
related commercial real estate firms that all specialized in management,
leasing, sales, development of office, retail and industrial real estate
primarily in the Miami Valley. Management and listing experience
with every type property in all areas of the valley. New
development projects include Moraine Business Center, Victoria Secret
Call Center and others. Re-development projects include Bristol
Business Center, Bristol, CT, others, and most recently taking Centre
City project thru Part 2 Historical Tax Credit designation, continued
wok toward full funding of project. Began leasing One Dayton
Center in 1996 when 30% leased and eventually achieved 92% occupancy.
For the former owners managed the Mead Tower in downtown Dayton through
the foreclosure.
